UP girl Aishwaryam Prajapati stood 10th rank in UPSC 2023 exam the result of which was declared on Tuesday.

In a social media post, the UPSC topper Aditya wrote: “A journey I will cherish lifelong full of gratitude to all those who stood by me throughout. Dreams do come true.”

UPSC has released the UPSC 2023 results. Among the 1016 candidates shortlisted; Anmol Rathore has secured AIR 7. Amol has secured 7th Rank in UPSC Final Exam 2023. Daughter of Dr Jyoti Parihar and Rajiv Rathore, Anmol hails from Udrana village of Bhaderwah and is a law graduate from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.

Lucknow boy Aditya Srivastava (26) topped the UPSC 2023 examination. This was his third attempt. He could not clear the UPSC prelim in his first attempt as he could not prepare well. Top 25 successful candidates have opted for subjects like Anthropology, Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Law, History, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science & International Relations and Sociology as their optional choice in the Written (Main) Examination.

Educational qualifications of top 25 candidates range from graduation in Engineering; Humanities; Science; Commerce; Business Administration; Architecture, Law from premier Institutions of the country such as IIT, IIM, NIT, University of Delhi, National Law University etc.

The top 25 candidates comprise 10 women and 15 men.

Donuru Ananya Reddy (Roll No.1013595), a graduate [B.A. (Hons.) Geography] from Miranda House, Delhi University stood third in the rank with Anthropology as her optional subject.

Animesh Pradhan (Roll No. 6312512) graduated (B Tech.) in Computer Science from NIT Rourkela and secured second rank with Sociology as his optional subject.

UPSC Civil Service prelims examination 2023 was conducted on May 28, 2024. The UPSC mains examination was conducted on September 15, 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2023. The interviews for the personality test were conducted in January-April 2024.

Aditya Srivastava (Roll No. 2629523) who secured the first position in the Civil Services Examination, 2023, qualified for the examination with Electrical Engineering as his optional subject. He graduated (B Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur.

Among the final qualified candidates, the top five comprise three men and two women candidates. The top 25 candidates comprise 10 women and 15 men.

The Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2023 was conducted on 28th May, 2023. A total of 10,16,850 candidates applied for this examination, out of which 5,92,141 candidates actually appeared in the examination. A total of 14,624 candidates qualified for appearance in the Written (Main) Examination which was held in September, 2023. A total of 2,855 candidates qualified for the Personality Test of the examination.
